Kate Verney

Occupational Therapist

Hi, I’m Kate.

I’m an Occupational Therapist at Can:Do 4 Kids.

I joined the team in April 2024 after discovering my passion for paediatrics during my university studies.

I love helping my clients work toward goals that are meaningful to them and their families. My main focus is Early Intervention, especially supporting children with sensory processing challenges. I prioritise building strong relationships with families, offering guidance and a listening ear.

Before joining Can:Do 4 Kids, I worked with older adults with vision impairments. I’m eager to continue growing my skills to better support Early Intervention clients with vision impairments and their families on their journey.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me walking my dog, enjoying delicious meals out, or expressing my creativity through painting and pottery.
