Dinner in the Dark is Can:Do 4Kids signature fundraising event. Established in 2014, it is the first of its kind in the state and has raised over $400,000 for vital services for South Australian children who are blind, Deaf or sensory challenged.
National Wine Centre's executive chef Steven Clarke creates a mystery four-course menu combining innovative textures and flavours that seek to ignite the senses. Each table is hosted by a local winery brand ambassador, expertly pairing their unique wine to each course and guiding guests through the blindfolded dining experience.
